Dear Ms. Wallace,
I am writing to commend you on the exemplary service, staff and value I feel you have provided on my many stays at your hotel. My partner and I frequently stay at your hotel in Parkwest and have never had a bad experience there. Your staff have always been polite, efficient and personable, so much so that we have found ourselves putting you at the top of our options when choosing somewhere to stay most weekends over the like of the Clarion in Liffey Valley,the Beacon Hotel in Sandyford and the Stillorgan Park Hotel which we had been staying in regularly until recently.Our first stay was back when the hotel originally opened and although there were a  few teething difficulties with fuses and ashtrays, the gentleman who assisted us remained extremely professional in the manner in which he resolves these issues.We found that the level of service and value superseded these minor start up problems and the facility of the DVD player and then the restaurant compounded
this.I have been prompted to go as far as writing to you due to the very warm welcome we received on our last few stays.Understandably such regular guests become familiar faces eventually. I have found that with this familiarity the welcome we have received has become warmer with each visit, most notably so with one of your check in assistants,
Roseanna who has taken the time and made the effort to remember my name and details, making the process of checking in even quicker and easier. I have highly recommended your hotel to all of my friends and colleagues who have enquired about places to stat in Dublin and will continue to do so as long as the standards you have set for the hotel remain.
